So of I go to the hospital.

Here I met highly educated staff, very nice also :) Many hade the education somewhere else than Nepal. Even in Nepal most of the education they had was in English which helped since my Nepali is limited to a few words.
Emergency Room

All charts are in English and always with patient, nothing is keept at the hospital.

Happy physicians
I'm impressed with what they do at this relative small hospital
Intensiv Care

There is no staff like nurse assistents or medical assistants. Patient must have someone with them to help. For example go to pharmacy and get medication, infusion, infusion-sets whatever the physician prescribe at ER or ward. If patient need to be admitted someone has to stay and take care of the patient. That someone, has to do all the care that is not medical, including bringing food. I saw many patients not able to get admitted because of nobody could stay with them.

Staff cafeteria. I'm thankful for my new friends at the hospital, including kitchen staff, that helped me choose something new from the Nepalese kitchen every day.

One day I company the hospital staff to set up a free clinic or the day outside Bhaktapur.
